    RECENT TESTIMONIALS

This is hands down the most outstanding and inspirational coaching/training I have attended.

A great course that should form the nucleus of all leadership courses particularly for senior leaders.

I could have travelled all around the world and would not have found a more excellent coach training program.

I was feeling stressed beginning this journey but am leaving feeling relaxed and excited about coaching.

Excellent practical course.  I now have a base level of skills that I am keep to develop further.

A well-paced learning experience with a great mix of technical, practical and actual coaching practice in a safe, supportive environment.

The program so far has taught me so much new material about coaching.  I can’t wait for what else is to come.

The coaching program is an excellent development course for both leaders and budding coaches.

An absolutely incredible experience, learnt so much and grew my skills and confidence in coaching.

Very informative course, this will set me up in my coach practitioner journey.

A well-constructed course run by experts.   By far the best facilitator I have experienced.

An incredibly effective course with a great learning environment.  I could feel the change in myself as I progressed through the course.

I recommend this course to all leaders who want to become coaches.

What I learned on this course has served me in both my work life and personal life.   It has helped me be a better leader, a better friend and family member and a better coach.

Expect the unexpected on an amazing learning journey.  A great foundation that just makes you want to learn more and be better!

A great course that resulted in growth in my personal life as well as in my work environment.  Lots of great feedback and support from the knowledgeable facilitators.

    The training was so excellent.

Exceptional course where I’ve learned valuable life skills as well as those I can use in day to day working life.

The course was much more than I expected.  I felt comfortable at all times due to the safe environment established.

    Emma Campbell’s testimonial:

    Background:

I had wanted to complete the coaching course for many years. It was an area we talked about a lot at work (HR consulting) but I had never had the opportunity to learn the best practice strategies nor formally practice the strategies and techniques that were proven to get the best results.

    The Course:

When I did finally sign up, I was so excited and one of the best parts was how easy it was to fit in with my full time work schedule. Jenny was receptive to the needs of the group and scheduled the webinars at a time that fit in with us. I enjoyed completing the live webinars from a local cafe during my lunch break – combining my love for long macchiato’s and coaching! There were a few full days of interactive workshops, both at the start and end of the course which were super energising, challenging and interesting. Jenny mixed the sessions up with different instructors and styles: some individual work, some one to one coaching, group coaching, classroom exercises and… a little social time too!

     The Facilitator

One of the highlights was Jenny’s style as a coach and facilitator. She delivers the content in an energising way, empowers other to step up and speak up, gets people involved and brings out the best in people through her contagious, positive, engaging and supportive energy.

    The Impact:

The course was incredible and just what I needed to take my career (and business) to the next level.

The impact it had on me was life-changing, it gave me:

    – Purpose and direction. I knew by the end of the course that coaching was a profession I had to pursue.

    – Confidence. It meant a lot knowing that the coaching methodologies and techniques being taught were based on best-practice, peer-reviewed research into what actually guarantees results.

    – Connections. The course introduced me to new contacts and like-minds from a range of different organisations, with similar motivations. I’ve been able to build a network in the coaching space.

    – Ongoing Support. I connected with two particular individuals during the course. We regularly catch up over coffees to coach each other through any ongoing difficult personal and professional issues. It has been the best fun and absolutely integral to my continuing development in my career and business; having people I can turn to to help coach me through tricky situations.

    – Coaching Mindset. I have even found myself using the the process and structure of coaching conversations and powerful questioning on myself; using the process to ‘coach myself’ through  difficult problems and situations when I’ve been stuck.

    – Skills. The “100 hour coaching hours target” course requirement forced me to get out there and coach a whole range of new, different and unique people. This developed my skills and confidence and challenged me to get outside of my comfort zone regularly.

    – A Career. Soon after the course, I was able to land a job with a training and development organisation as a Performance Coach due to having the experience, passion and professional accreditation as an ACC Coach.

    – A Business. All of the above gave me exactly what I needed to start my own coaching business; helping people find their “thing” and build that into a successful career and/or business.

     Summary

All in all, the course was the best investment decision I have ever made in my career, having opened up so many doors and opportunities and has made me very excited about my future. Its highly recommended to anyone who loves people, motivation, psychology and seeing others at their best – and who is looking for some tips, research and strategies to help them move forward in these areas.
